Shipping and delivery

Papaco ships from its shop in Milan (Corso di Porta Ticinese 58) to Italy, the European Union and a number of countries outside the EU. We use different couriers depending on the destination, picking the best fit for each country.

Delivery times

  • Italy: 48 hours to 3 days on average.
  • European Union: 2 to 5 days on average.
  • Other countries (including Switzerland, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Japan and Australia; the full list is at checkout): times depend on the destination country.

These are average times: during busy periods, such as Christmas, they can take a few days longer.

Shipping costs

  • Italy: €5.50. Free from €50.
  • European Union: €11.50. Free from €80.
  • Other countries: €16.99. Free over €120.

You see the exact cost in your cart and at checkout, before you pay. For shipments outside the European Union, the destination country may charge customs duties and taxes.
