Refund policy

FEMAEN SRL recognizes the right of withdrawal as provided for by current legislation (Legislative Decree 206/2005 “Consumer Code”). To exercise this right, the customer must send an email to info@papacoplanet.it within 14 working days of receiving the goods.

Once we have received this notification, FEMAEN SRL will quickly provide the customer with instructions on how to return the goods. To exercise this right, the products must be in perfect condition and must not have suffered any damage. Failure to comply with these conditions will result in the loss of the right of withdrawal.

Within 14 days of being informed of the consumer's decision to withdraw from the contract, FEMAEN SRL will credit the exact amount that the customer paid for the purchase of the goods ordered (including shipping costs). In accordance with Article 56 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, FEMAEN SRL may withhold the refund until it has received the goods or until the consumer has demonstrated that they have returned the goods, whichever occurs first (paragraph 3). The refund will be made using the same payment method chosen by the consumer at the time of purchase.

The only costs that the customer will have to bear in order to exercise this right will be those relating to the shipping costs for sending the goods to our headquarters.
